The Ritual of Declaration
Have your sponsor contact me, or whomever the Knight Scribe might be in the future and request the Ritual of Delcaration. Once you have performed this Ritual and declared your intention to enter the Knighthood, you are an Initiate Hopeful and must begin training immediately.

Sponsorship as it pertains to Training
If you are fortunate enough, in these early days to have a Knight as a sponsor, then he/she is responsible for overseeing and guiding your training as well as guiding your studies of the Knighthood's ways. However, if you have a Priest or Priestess as a sponsor, then their responsibility ends with reporting your declaration to the Knight Scribe. In such a case, you are responsible for knwing what is required of your training and finding training on your own.

Your sponsor MUST request the Ritual of Declaration from the Knight Scribe in order that the request be recorded in the Annals.
